Providing neurodivergent-affirming autism and ADHD assessments for adults—through a lived lens of understanding.
🌈 Lived Experience: I’ve Been There
I'm AuDHD—autistic and ADHD—and I’ve spent a lifetime learning how to navigate a world that wasn’t built for neurodivergent minds.
I’m not just trained in autism and ADHD—I live it, every day, in both personal and professional spheres.
I’ve been in a neurodiverse partnership for over 21 years and am raising four neurodivergent children in a household full of sensory needs, deep interests, and executive function challenges. We create structure and flow with what actually works—not what’s expected.
Through it all, I’ve come to understand that having a brain that processes differently isn’t the problem—the problem is often the systems and expectations that don’t allow for difference. That belief is at the core of how I approach assessment.
🔍 ADHD Assessments for Adults: It’s Not Just About Focus
ADHD is so much more than distractibility or restlessness—it’s emotional intensity, executive dysfunction, time blindness, sensory challenges, hyperfocus, and burnout. And in adults—especially those assigned female at birth—ADHD often goes unrecognized for decades.
I conduct in-depth ADHD assessments for adults that explore the full range of ADHD experiences—including the emotional and relational toll it can take when it's misunderstood or missed entirely.
Whether you’re exploring ADHD for the first time, wondering how it interacts with autism, or looking for language to explain why life feels harder than it should, we’ll work together to uncover what’s true for you.
💬 What Sets My Assessments Apart
I’ve been the person filling out the screening forms and wondering if they truly capture my experience.
That’s why I make sure my assessment process isn’t just boxes to check—it’s a conversation.
I bring:
-
Clinical training and diagnostic tools grounded in research
-
A deep, personal understanding of neurodivergent lived experience
-
A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to identity exploration
-
A trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent-affirming lens
My clients leave the process feeling seen, not sized up. Whether the outcome is a formal diagnosis, confirmation of traits, or new language for how you move through the world, the goal is always the same: clarity and empowerment.
🌿 Beyond Assessment: Real-World Support
While assessment is often the first step, it’s not the end.
I also work with clients post-assessment to make sense of what comes next—whether that’s sharing your results with loved ones, navigating accommodations at work, or finding new ways to live more aligned with your needs.
Many adults I see are navigating late diagnosis, relationship shifts, identity questions, and burnout.
I support clients in integrating what they learn about themselves through the assessment process in a way that feels grounded, healing, and actionable.

💡 A Final Word
Getting assessed as an adult can be a big step—one filled with hope, fear, curiosity, and sometimes grief.
My job is to walk with you through that process with empathy and respect. I believe your brain isn’t broken—it’s brilliant. And together, we’ll uncover how to honor the way it works.
If you’re ready to explore who you are through a neurodivergent-affirming lens, I’d be honored to support you.
